Q. About Solfile Astrology App, why should I subscribe?

A. Solfile stands apart from all current astrology apps. Solfile’s unique design features provide an easy-to-use personalised forecast with clear and concise daily recommendations. Furthermore, Solfile will enable you to investigate multiple areas of your life which are mapped from your Birth Chart and calculated down to the minute - out to twelve months.

To fit your busy lifestyle, screen visualisations are graphically measured in accordance with the significance [level of impact] upon your daily life.

Q. Why is Solfile App different from other astrology apps?

A. Your astrological profile is calibrated uniquely to you, meaning Solfile maps your astrological Birth Chart into what we call your “Character Code”, revealing the intrinsic qualities of your authentic self. Solfile analyses your “Character Code” to produce nine personality characteristics, we call your “Footprint”.

Our “Discovery” feature allows you to review your daily forecast by love | wealth | health | career | lifestyle. Our premium subscription maps your daily forecasts out to twelve months which is perfect when planning a holiday, family occasion or personal milestone.

Each daily forecast is measured [0-100%] by significance; meaning, the likelihood of its level of impact upon your daily life. The level of significance or intensity is colour coded to provide a quick reference guide; with RED [highest], ORANGE [moderate], YELLOW [low] or No Colour representing no impact at this particular time.

Solfile will send you mobile alerts only on days [6am] which are rated at their highest significance (RED). If you would like to receive these notifications, please review your mobile app permissions to allow these “High Significant Event” messages to reach you.

Q. What information do I need to provide?

Q. What if I do not know my exact date, time, or location of birth?

A. If you are unsure of your time of birth, you may use an estimated time during the day of your birth. The accuracy of your Discovery and Footprint results will be less specific. If you would like to determine your time of birth, we can assist you by applying a method to find your time of birth with the help of your major life event dates. Your birth time rectification can be arranged via the “In Focus” astrology consultation option.

Q. How much will it cost me to subscribe to Solfile?

A. 9.99AUD [Australian Dollars] per month [no lock-in contract] will gain you access to your full Footprint and Discovery charts out to twelve months. Q. Can I opt out of my subscription anytime, and how do I do this?

A. Yes you can, how to unsubscribe:

The steps to unsubscribe from an in-app purchase are via phone settings, not within the Solfile app itself. Please go to settings on your apple or android phone.

For Apple phone

Go to the settings icon on your phone
Click on Apple ID
Select ‘subscriptions’ and it will show your Solfile subscription
Click on cancel subscription and this will cancel your subscription

For Android phone

Open google play app
At the top right, tap the profile icon
Tap payments & subscriptions. Subscriptions
Select the Solfile subscription
Tap cancel subscription

Q. What does “Footprint” mean?

Your Footprint can be shared with others by clicking on this share button located top right in your Footprint page.

Q. What does “Discovery” mean?

Q. What will “Wealth | Love” insights provide me?

A. Wealth insights cover your financial wealth prospects and developments. It highlights recommended timing of forming connections and opportunities in this area as well as the nature of the options that present for your consideration.

A. Love insights identify key times when you can enhance your relationship interactions with people you love.

Q. What will “Lifestyle” insights provide me?

A. Lifestyle covers all daily inter-relationships and their dynamics during the forecasted time – Friendships, personal and professional partnerships, social interactions and home or family environments. This area also includes information about our past-times, hobbies and other milestone events that may take your focus.

Q. What will “Health” insights provide me?

A. Health insights cover your well-being situation and any current influences that affect your state of comfort and happiness. It highlights recommended actions to improve energy levels and pinpoints potential stress factors including the choices that present for your consideration.

Q. What does “In Focus” Astrology Consultation option mean?

A. The cost for an Astrology Reading with Sylvia is 224.99AUD. Upon receipt of your request, you will be contacted by Sylvia within 48 hours to arrange a suitable time on-line. A copy of your reading [in confidence] can be forwarded to you upon request.

Q. How do I best navigate around this app?

A. Link to explanatory video on our Solfile App is available on Solfile’s log in page, in the App Menu, and on our website www.solfile.com.au to assist.

The “Home” button located bottom / middle spot on your Solfile screen will always bring you back to the quick access summary of features available. Tapping on Footprint (bottom right) and Discovery (bottom left) will take you to more detailed insights on both features.

Also, refer to Solfile’s menu located in the top left corner of the screen.

Q. Customise your settings

A. You can change language, dark or light screen mode or change the Discovery mapping from bar charts to line graphs by tapping on Solfile’s menu located in the top lefthand corner, then scroll down to Settings to find these options.
